I was concerned I was going to have trouble getting these gloves to fit above my elbow but they're perfect! The material is smooth and breathes well. I did have a few small holes in mine where the seam ripped but it was an easy fix.

The gloves are just okay, I ordered 5 pairs and 3 pairs had holes some small some large. However when I contacted private island, they got back to me quickly and shipped me another 3 pairs free of charge. So excellent customer service, would definitely recommend them and order from them again.

I have just got my gloves and tried and i'll i could say was wow theirs gloves feel great and have very large hand and i was able to put them on with out any trouble

The gloves are soft and stayed up well, but within the first day of wearing them with my costume, one of the finger seams starting splitting apart. I guess you get what you pay for. The gloves obviously do not tolerate any "pulling on and taking off." I wore my costume to work and had to take them off to do my job. Oh well. They matched my dress.

I will agree with a previous reviewer that the quality of the white version of this glove leaves much to be desired. You can practically see through the fabric, the fingers are very tight (they just fit me and I have small hands), and the elastic at the top is lacking. However, for the price they will work for my Halloween costume. I wouldn't recommend for anything formal, like a wedding, however. Perhaps the other colors are better, but I'm not sure.
